B. Automatically Collected Usage and Device Information
The app and website use several technologies to automatically capture visitor information, including:
-
Cookies — small text files stored on your device for record-keeping, personalization, content recommendations, visitor trend tracking, marketing or advertising, and traffic analysis (web only)
-
Log files and device identifiers — capturing IP address, browser type, internet service provider,

C. Information from Social Media and Connected Accounts
When you connect a social media account (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, or TikTok) to
pixlypost, we receive information necessary to publish content on your behalf — including access
tokens, account handles, page or profile identifiers, and the basic profile information that platform
shares with us.
D. AI Processing of Your Photos and Content
To provide AI-assisted features such as automatically generated captions, content suggestions, and
image analysis, we send your photos and related text (such as project and company descriptions) to
Google's Vertex AI / Gemini service for processing. Specifically:
-
Photos you upload are transmitted to Google's Gemini models so the model can analyze image content and generate captions.
-
Captions and notes you author, along with optional company and project context, are included in
the prompt to improve relevance. -
Generated captions and AI suggestions are returned to the pixlypost app and stored alongside
your photo records.
